NearSolution Raises $2.5 Million in Series A

NearSolution, a South Korea-based technology startup specializing in AI-powered logistics and warehouse solutions, has raised $2.5 million (KRW 3.5B) in Series A funding.

Hyosung Ventures and Union Investment Partners participated in the round.

Hyosung Ventures is the corporate venture capital (CVC) arm of Hyosung Group, launched in 2022 in South Korea. It focuses on investments in deep tech, AI, energy, logistics, and sustainable technologies. Backed by over ₩150 billion in capital, it operates two major funds: the CVC Scale-Up New Tech Fund No. 1 and the Startup Korea Hyosung Deep Tech Fund.

Union Investment Partners is a South Korean venture capital firm founded in 2016 and based in Seoul. It invests in early- to growth-stage startups across biotech, semiconductors, entertainment, healthcare, and digital platforms sectors.

The company will use the funds to hire top talent, launch new AI- and LLM-based products, enhance its cloud-based architecture, boost SaaS sales, and strengthen R&D for future innovations.

NearSolution is an AI logistics tech company offering advanced, cloud-based software solutions for intelligent warehouse execution and logistics optimization. Its main products—NearSolomon, NearWES, NearGO, and NearView—optimize logistics operations through software-defined warehouse execution systems. Together, they enhance logistics center efficiency, data visualization, and software-based picking. NearSolution serves major logistics, food, and e-commerce firms and partners with top automation players such as XYZ Robotics and Clobot.
