Neofin Raises $7 Million in Seed Round

Neofin, a São Paulo, Brazil-based AI-powered SaaS platform for accounts receivable workflows, has raised US$7 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Quona Capital and Upload Ventures. Other backers include 17-Sigma (led by Bianca Sassoon), 1616, Far Out Ventures, BFF, Norte, and Canaan. Notable angel investors Cesar Carvalho (Wellhub/Gympass) and Patrick Sigrist (iFood and Nomad) also participated in the round.

Quona Capital is a global venture firm focused on inclusive fintech. It invests in startups that expand access to financial services for consumers and growing businesses across India, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.

Upload Ventures is a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage and growth-stage technology startups in Latin America. The firm is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

The funding will be used to develop new features and expand its AI, machine learning, and data departments.
