Netomi Bags $110 Million in Funding

Netomi, a San Francisco, CA–based enterprise agentic customer experience (CX) platform, has raised $110 million in funding.

The Series C round was led by Accenture Ventures, with participation from Adobe Ventures, WndrCo, NAVER Ventures, Metis Strategy, SLW, and Fin Capital.

Accenture Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Accenture, manages a $250 million fund with more than 70 active investments. It identifies, invests in, and partners with emerging technology companies whose products and platforms address strategic business challenges for Accenture’s enterprise clients and accelerate digital transformation at scale. The firm makes strategic minority investments in early- and growth-stage technology companies developing software and platforms across AI, analytics, fintech, immersive learning, sustainability technology, and enterprise SaaS.

The company will use the funding to scale its agentic AI platform, expand enterprise deployments, and advance AI-driven digital customer experience capabilities through strategic partnerships and global alliances.
