Nitro Commerce Raises $1.8 Million in Seed Round

Nitro Commerce, an India-based startup that provides a revenue-as-a-service platform, has secured Rs 15 crore ($1.8 million) in seed funding.

The round was led by Cornerstone Ventures, with participation from Warmup Ventures, Lead Angels, Dholakia Ventures, India Accelerator, and notable individual investors such as Arjun Vaidya, Kunal Khattar, Nikunj Jain, and Piyush Jain.

Cornerstone Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm focused on investing in B2B technology solutions in the US and Israel, headquartered in New York with offices in California and Israel.

The company will use the funding to enhance core technologies supporting ecommerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.

Founded in 2023 by Umair Mohammed, Atyab Mohammed, Shamail Tayyab, and Pratik Anand, Nitro Commerce provides a full-stack revenue-as-a-service platform for the ecommerce and D2C markets. The platform is designed to help brands increase revenue through effective top and middle-funnel strategies. Currently based in Gurugram, Nitro Commerce has onboarded more than 100 D2C brands.
