Nivasa Finance Raises $2.6M Seed

Nivasa Finance, a Bengaluru, India-based technology-enabled home loan distribution platform, has raised $2.6 million in a seed funding round.

This round was backed by Prime Venture Partners, Blume Ventures, Whiteboard Capital, and a group of angel investors.

The company plans to use the capital to widen its geographical footprint over the next year, strengthen partnerships with banks and non-banking financial institutions, and expand its field execution network.

Founded in 2025, Nivasa Finance is a technology-enabled home loan distribution platform focused on improving access to housing finance for underserved borrowers in rural and semi-urban markets. The company provides digital onboarding, remote assessment, and loan matchmaking services to help borrowers in non-metro markets access housing credit from banks and NBFCs. Headquartered in Bengaluru, Nivasa Finance connects customers with banks, housing finance companies, small finance banks, and NBFCs through a digital-first, assisted lending model.
