The round was led by Caruso Ventures, with previous investments from Media Empire Ventures (Mac Boucher, Daouda Leonard, and Grimes), Mitchell Smith, and Tony Kemp.

Caruso Ventures, based in Boulder, Colorado, is a venture capital firm focused on investing in tech-enabled companies led by effective CEOs. It primarily focuses on early-stage investments in the Rocky Mountain region and invests between $500,000 and $1 million. The firm is industry-agnostic.

The funding will be used to prepare for Noctal's 2025 product launch and to enhance its AI-driven platform, which simplifies sound design for content creators.
