Nomerra, a Berlin, Germany-based AI software company, has raised $2 million in a pre-seed funding round.

The round was led by 14Peaks Capital, with participation from Redstone Fintech and individual investors from KKR and Intapp.

The funding will be used to expand Nomerra’s engineering team and meet the growing demand for AI solutions among enterprise asset servicers and asset managers in Europe and the United States.

Founded by Johannes Gebendorfer and Jakob Zacherl, Nomerra is an AI-native platform for private markets that helps asset servicers and asset managers automate complex operational workflows. The company develops AI agents that integrate with firms’ existing systems to execute tasks across fund accounting, treasury, and transfer agency functions.
