Nothreat, a London, UK-based cybersecurity company specializing in AI-driven security and IoT protection, has closed its seed funding round with a valuation of £40 million.
The round was backed by Algara Group, a boutique multi-family office based in Dubai, UAE. Established to invest capital by balancing prudence with innovation, bespoke services with holism, and sustainability with performance, the firm focuses on strategic investments across various industries.
The investment will support Nothreat's AI security research, enable the scaling of operations into new markets, and deepen partnerships with enterprises and public-sector organizations.
Founded in 2023 by Sergej Kostenko, Nothreat focuses on AI-driven security solutions for the IoT (Internet of Things) sector. Its flagship product, the AIoT Defender, provides robust, adaptive protection for connected devices with a software-based firewall, making it ideal for edge IoT devices. Nothreat’s security platform also includes its patented Nothreat CyberEcho technology, which uses advanced clone-based traps to thwart attackers. The company works with major enterprises, including Lenovo and Pafos FC.
