Nudge Security Raises $22.5 Million Series A

Nudge Security, an Austin, Texas–based SaaS and AI security governance platform, has raised $22.5 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by Cerberus Ventures, with participation from existing investors Ballistic Ventures, Forgepoint Capital, and Squadra Ventures.

Cerberus Ventures is an early-stage investor that partners with founders who challenge assumptions to transform industries and society for the better. The firm primarily invests in early-stage startups—Seed, Series A, and Series B—often based in North America and Europe.

As part of the investment, Morgan Mahlock, Director at Cerberus Ventures, will join the Nudge Security Board of Directors.

The company will utilize the funding to support ongoing product innovation, enhance governance capabilities across SaaS and AI, and scale its go-to-market operations.
