Nyayanidhi Raises $2M Seed
Bengaluru-based legal-tech startup Nyayanidhi, which uses AI to assist advocates in automating legal documentation, court filings, and multilingual translations, has raised USD 2 million in its seed funding round.
The funding round was led by 3one4 Capital. Additional participation came from DeVC, PeerCheque, Force Ventures, and angel investor Nishchay AG, cofounder of Jar.
The freshly raised capital will be deployed to expand its network of advocate partners, enhance its AI product suite, increase market presence, and strengthen government partnerships.
Founded in 2024 by Adithya LHS, Chakshu Masagali, and Pratik Pany, Nyayanidhi is an AI-enabled legal-tech startup. It assists advocates in automating legal documentation, court filings, and multilingual translations. The platform also collaborates with lawyers, integrating their legal expertise and sectoral insights with its AI platform to automate litigation management.
