Ognomy Sleep Raises $20M Series A

Ognomy Sleep, based in Buffalo, New York, a virtual sleep medicine platform, has raised $20 million in a Series A financing round. The company provides a virtual-first platform that manages the sleep apnea care journey from testing to treatment for patients across the United States.

This round was led by Catalyst Investors, with participation from Blue Heron Capital. Additional participating investors include Impellent Ventures, LaunchNY, Excell, Upstate Biotech Ventures, and the University of Buffalo.

Ognomy plans to use the new capital to accelerate growth, expand its AI-enabled clinical platform, develop wearable device integrations, and strengthen strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.
