OKAPI:Orbits Raises €13 Million in Seed Round

OKAPI:Orbits, a Germany-based provider of space traffic management solutions, has raised €13 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Ventech, with participation from Matterwave Ventures, Amadeus APEX Technology Fund, and notable individual investors, including Christian Miele, former chairman of the German Start-up Association.

Ventech is an early-stage venture capital firm with a global presence across Europe and Asia. It focuses on early-stage investments in the digital economy, particularly in sectors like B2B software, fintech, deep tech, and climate action. Founded in 1998, Ventech has raised over €1 billion and supported more than 320 companies, with 185 exits and 19 IPOs.

The company will use the funds to advance its technical capabilities, expand its world-class team, and scale its international footprint.
