Omie Raises $160 Million in Funding

Omie, a São Paulo, Brazil-based cloud management software company, has raised $160 million in a funding round.

The round was led by Partners Group, providing partial exits to early investors alongside new primary funding for the company.

Partners Group is a leading global private markets investment firm based in Zug, Switzerland. Founded in 1996, the firm manages over $174 billion in assets across private equity, private infrastructure, private real estate, and private debt. It offers various investment solutions for institutional and individual investors, including closed-end funds, bespoke mandates, and evergreen funds.

The company will use the funding to support continued growth and product development.

Founded in 2013 by Marcelo Lombardo and Rafael Olmos, Omie provides cloud-based ERP and financial management software for small and medium-sized businesses in Brazil.
