Omni HR Closes $7.4 Million in Funding

Omni HR, a Singapore-based, Asia-focused employee management platform, has closed USD 7.4 million in funding.

The round was led by Picus Capital, with participation from Alpha JWC Ventures, January Capital, and Ratio Ventures, bringing Omni HR’s total funding to $9.8 million.

Picus Capital is a global venture capital firm headquartered in Munich, with offices in New York, Berlin, London, Bangalore, and São Paulo. It primarily invests in early-stage technology companies across sectors like FinTech, GenAI, cybersecurity, and healthcare. With a long-term investment approach, Picus supports founders from ideation to IPO.

The company plans to use the new funding to expand its offerings in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on further localization, including multi-country payroll capabilities.
