OneUp Sales Secures £1.5M in Funding

OneUp Sales, a London, UK-based platform that uses gaming technology to manage and motivate sales teams, has secured £1.5 million in funding.

The follow-on investment was from Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF) and Mercia Ventures, bringing OneUp Sales' total raised to over £5 million.

The company will use the funds to expand its customer base in the US and further develop its product offering.

Founded in 2016 by Derry Holt and James Heath, OneUp Sales provides a sales performance management platform that leverages gaming technology to motivate and incentivize sales teams. It helps sales and recruitment teams manage, report on, gamify, and visualize their performance data. The platform allows teams to form leagues and compete in automated online competitions. OneUp Sales currently serves over 350 customers, including major players like Hitachi Vantara and recruitment agencies including Xcede and Premier Group.
