Orion Security Raises $6M in Seed Round

Orion Security, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based AI-powered data protection platform, has raised $6 million in a seed funding round.

The round was led by Pico Partners and FXP, with additional participation from Underscore VC and prominent cybersecurity leaders, including the founders of Perimeter 81 and the CISO of Elastic.

Pico Partners is a venture capital firm founded in 2015, with offices in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and New York. It invests in early-stage Israeli startups, focusing on disruptive technologies across sectors such as fintech, AI, and high tech.

FXP is a venture capital firm founded in 2020, with offices in Boston, Massachusetts, and Tel Aviv, Israel. It operates as a venture studio, partnering with exceptional founders to found, fund, and fuel transformative companies.

The company will use the funds to accelerate the development of its AI-driven platform, enhance its integration with cloud services and security tools, and scale the solution across more enterprise customers.
