Paraito Raises C$2.65M Pre-seed
Paraito, a Montreal, Canada-based developer of an AI-powered real estate securities review and automated land registry platform, has raised C$2.65 million in a pre-seed funding round.
The round was led by Inovia Capital, with participation from Boreal Ventures.
The company intends to use the capital to scale its core securities verification platform, expand its technical machine learning team, and fund the commercial rollout of Paraito Vista, an AI-driven multi-layer spatial data mapping utility.
Founded and led by CEO Annie Zheng, Paraito develops specialized AI agents trained in civil law and land registers. These agents are engineered to autonomously collect property title acts, parse century-old handwritten indexes, and assemble structured, audit-ready real estate files. Its upcoming product, Paraito Vista, integrates conversational AI with spatial data to allow users to explore complex data layers using natural language.
