Parloa Raises $350M Series D

Parloa, a New York-based AI agent management platform for enterprise customer experience, announced a $350m Series D funding round and $3 billion valuation.

SAP is a strategic investor in the company. Additional investors include Microsoft and various existing partners within the enterprise CX and AI infrastructure ecosystem.

Parloa plans to use the new capital to support its global expansion across North America and Europe. The funds will also drive the ongoing development of its signature Agent Management Platform, including new features like Agent Composition to help enterprises scale their AI agents globally.

Founded in 2017 by Malte Kosub and Stefan Ostwald, Parloa provides an agentic AI platform that allows global enterprises to build, train, and manage AI solutions for customer service. The company’s Agent Management Platform helps enterprises automate customer interactions across voice and digital channels while integrating with existing CRM, contact centre and business systems. Headquartered in Berlin with offices in New York, London and Munich, Parloa serves global enterprises across industries including financial services, healthcare, travel and retail.
