Picus Security Raises $45 Million in Series C

Picus Security, a San Francisco, CA-based security validation company, has raised $45 million in Series C funding round.

The round was led by Riverwood Capital, with participation from Earlybird Digital East Fund, bringing Picus Security’s total funding to $80 million.

Riverwood Capital is a private equity firm focused on high-growth technology and technology-related companies needing capital and expertise to scale globally. The firm provides operational, strategic, and financial insights to help these businesses expand. Founded in 2008, Riverwood has supported over 75 companies and has offices in Menlo Park, Miami, New York, and São Paulo.

The new funds will fuel product innovation and expand sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.
