PipeImob Raises R$15 Million in Seed Round
PipeImob, a Brazil-based proptech platform that digitizes and integrates the entire real estate transaction flow, has raised R$15 million in a Seed funding round.
The round was led by Headline, with participation from additional undisclosed investors.
Headline is a global venture capital firm with offices in Berlin, Paris, São Paulo, San Francisco, and Tokyo. The firm focuses on technology-driven startups with international growth potential.
The funds will support the company’s entry into the rental and rental management market, while also strengthening its financial vertical.
Founded by Roberto Nascimento, Renato Rodrigues, and Danilo Herrero, PipeImob is a proptech company offering a digital platform for managing real estate transactions. The company combines Transaction Relationship Management (TRM) with integrated fintech solutions. Its platform automates processes across the real estate lifecycle from proposals to settlements, with features such as electronic signatures, automatic issuance of certificates, digital accounts for agencies, automated billing, and commission advances.
