Pricepoint Raises $6.6M Seed
Montréal-based Pricepoint, an AI-driven software startup for the hospitality industry, has secured $6.6 million CAD in a seed funding round. The company provides a platform that helps hotel operators and accommodation providers optimize booking prices using real-time data execution.
This funding round was led by Brightspark Ventures, with participation from Boreal Ventures and AQC Capital. As part of the investment, Sophie Forest of Brightspark Ventures and JD Saint-Martin of Boreal Ventures will join the company's board of directors.
Pricepoint plans to utilize the fresh capital to accelerate product development, expand its range of software integrations, and grow its current team of 35 employees by doubling its headcount.
