Professional.me, an Abu Dhabi-based HRTech startup that provides an AI-powered recruitment platform, has raised $3.1 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Raha Beach Ventures, a startup studio based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Founded in June 2022, Raha Beach Ventures partners with entrepreneurs to co-create startups by providing both capital and full-stack support—including engineering, design, marketing, legal, finance, and HR.

With the funding, the company expands its engineering team, strengthens data and research partnerships, and scales employer adoption across EMEA and beyond.

Founded in 2024 by Ryan Adams, Professional.me is an AI-powered recruitment platform designed to transform traditional résumés into dynamic professional profiles. The platform builds personalized micro-LLMs AI-powered models tailored to each professional and employer that analyze skills, experience, and industry-specific context. Trained on data from 167 industries and 1.2 million tasks, the system delivers bias-aware, inclusive hiring insights. Since launch, Professional.me has processed over 300,000 professional profiles and serves clients across Europe, the UK, and MENA.
