ProLearn Raises ₹30Cr Pre-seed
ProLearn, a Bengaluru-based edtech startup providing an AI-native learning companion for K-12 and competitive exam students, has raised ₹30 crore in a pre-seed funding round.
The round was led by BEENEXT, with participation from Eximius Ventures, Antler, and several angel investors.
The capital will be used to strengthen the company's AI and reasoning infrastructure, expand curriculum-aligned content, hire talent across AI/ML, product and growth functions, and support go-to-market initiatives ahead of its upcoming public launch.
Founded in April 2026 by former Vedantu executive Ravneet Singh, ProLearn is building an AI-native learning companion. The platform is designed to provide personalized tutoring for students in K-12 education and those preparing for competitive exams including JEE, NEET, UPSC, and CAT.
