Propify Raises $3.3 Million in Seed Round

ropify, a Boston, MA-based startup that makes a unified application programming interface (API) for property management software, raised $3.3 million in seed funding.

Prudence led the round, which also featured participation from Fifth Wall, Y Combinator, RXR, PropTech Angel Group, and Dharmesh Shah, co-founder of HubSpot.

Founded in 2009, Prudence is an early-stage venture capital firm investing in technology companies leading the global transformation of the real estate sector.

The funds will be used to develop the product and expand the engineering team.

Propify provides a unified Application Programming Interface (API) for property management software. Propify's innovative product enables engineers to create integrations in a matter of days, reducing development costs and ongoing maintenance. Their solution combines a modern API, documentation, and scalable infrastructure to support proptech clients. Propify has six full-time staff members and serves clients across the U.S., Canada, and Israel.
