Propsoch, a Bengaluru-based startup providing an AI-powered homebuyer advisory platform, has raised $2 million in a seed funding round.
The round was led by Athera Venture Partners, Sparrow Capital, and Vakil Group.
The company plans to use the capital to strengthen its research and advisory capabilities, expand its team, and support its entry into new markets, including Mumbai.
Founded in 2026 by Ashish Acharya and Ravi Agrawal, Propsoch is a buyer-centric real estate advisory platform. The company helps homebuyers evaluate properties using independent research and data across more than 80 parameters, including builder credibility and legal considerations, while leveraging AI to provide professional-grade property diligence.
