Prosperr.io, a Bangalore, India-based fintech SaaS platform for automating income tax, raised $1.55 million in pre-seed funding.

The round was led by angel investor Gokul Rajaram, known for his roles at Pinterest and Coinbase. Other notable investors in this round include Vinodh Bhat (co-founder of JioSaavn), Ramakant Sharma (founder of Livspace), Kunal Shah (of QED Ventures), and Saurabh Jain (CEO of Livspace).
