Prowler Secures $6 Million in Seed Round

Prowler, a Portland, Maine-based startup that provides open cloud security platform, secured a $6 million seed funding.

The round was led by Decibel VC.

Founded in 2019, Decibel Venture Capital is a venture capital firm based in Palo Alto, California. The firm seeks to invest in B2B, B2C, and technology sectors. They invest in essential infrastructure software used by developers, data engineers, and cybersecurity teams.

The company will use the funds to fuel the expansion of engineering, sales, and marketing teams, enhance operations, and drive product innovation.
