Qminder Secures €3 Million in Seed Round

Qminder, a London, UK-based customer service flow management platform provider, has secured €3 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Practica Capital, with participation from Jaan Tallinn's Metaplanet, BADideas.fund, and angel investors from companies like Toggl and Wise.

Practica Capital is an early-stage VC supporting Baltic founders at seed, select pre-seed, and Series A stages. Managing four funds with over €130M in assets, it has backed more than 60 companies to date.

The company plans to use the funds to scale its service and further develop its AI-driven platform.

Founded in 2011 by Rauno Rüngas and Siim Raud, Qminder is a B2B SaaS company that provides a customer service flow management platform to enhance in-person service delivery at physical locations by managing and optimizing customer queues and interactions.
