Qodo, a Tel Aviv, Israel–based AI code review and governance platform, has raised $70 million in Series B funding, bringing its total capital raised to $120 million.
The round was led by Qumra Capital, with participation from Maor Ventures, Phoenix Capital Partners, S Ventures, Square Peg, Susa Ventures, TLV Partners, Vine Ventures, Peter Welender, and Clara Shih.
Qumra Capital is a Tel Aviv–based venture capital firm that focuses on investing in late-stage technology companies that have already demonstrated strong product–market fit and meaningful revenue. The firm specializes in scale-up investing, providing capital and strategic support to help companies expand globally, strengthen operations, and grow from mid-sized businesses into large market leaders.
