Ranger AI Lands $8.4M Seed Round

Ranger AI, a San Francisco, California-based agentic revenue operations platform for industrial tendering, has emerged from stealth with $8.4 million in Seed funding.

The round was led by Bonfire Ventures, with participation from 25madison, Inovia Capital, and Panache Ventures.

Bonfire Ventures is a Los Angeles-based venture capital firm focused exclusively on early-stage B2B software companies. The firm manages more than $1 billion in assets across its funds and primarily invests at the seed stage, typically serving as a lead investor.

The company will use the funding to expand its agentic operating system for industrial tendering, accelerate platform development, and scale deployments across industrial, manufacturing, and supply chain organizations.

Founded by James Zhan, Sari Saadi, and Kyle Jordan, Ranger AI develops an agentic revenue operations platform for industrial engineering and tendering workflows. The platform connects fragmented systems and antiquated manual processes to automate high-stakes workflows. Headquartered in San Francisco, and has offices in Vancouver and Abu Dhabi, the company’s customers and deployment partners include Celeros Flow Technology, Farabi Petrochemical, MRP Solutions, and Pace Solutions.
