Rekaz Secures $5 Million in Seed Round

Rekaz, a Saudi Arabia-based SaaS platform designed for service-based businesses across the MENA region, has secured $5 million in seed funding.

The round was led by COTU Ventures, with participation from Impact46, Shorooq, Numrah Capital, and angel investors.

COTU Ventures is a Dubai‑based early‑stage venture capital firm that backs ambitious founders across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The company will use the funds to deepen product development, enhance its AI capabilities, and scale across the GCC and broader MENA markets.

Founded in 2017 by Abdulrahman Alomran and Abdulaziz Alkharashi, Rekaz provides an end-to-end system for service-based businesses such as gyms, salons, and mobile service providers. It offers an all-in-one solution covering scheduling, subscriptions, payments, and client management. With customizable branded booking websites and mobile apps, Rekaz helps businesses grow online while reducing reliance on fragmented tools. Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Rekaz’s mission is to do for service SMBs what Shopify did for e-commerce.
