Relewise Raises €800,000 in Pre-Seed Round
Relewise, an Aarhus, Denmark-based e-commerce personalization platform has secured €800,000 in pre-seed funding.
The funding round was from early-stage VC Founderment, as well as well-known e-commerce entrepreneurs Mikkel Salling, Jesper Hvejsel, and Stefan Rosenlund.
Founderment is an early-stage VC that backs ambitious founders of tech-driven startups based in Aarhus, Denmark. The firm prefers to invest in seed-stage, early-stage, and later-stage companies.
The pre-seed funding will be used to expand the Relewise platform to new markets and assist e-commerce businesses in increasing their average basket size and retention by creating more personalized user experiences.
Founded in 2020 by Brian Holmgård Kristensen, Sune Hansen, and Ronnie Balle, Relewise offers a personalization and search platform (SaaS) used by e-commerce and marketing managers to provide better CX and thereby increase sales and conversion rates. Relewise's platform analyzes real-time user behavior on e-commerce sites to personalize user experiences and improve product recommendations. The company has partnered with more than 70 Danish e-commerce enterprises.
