RESONIKS Closes €2.65 Million in Seed Round

RESONIKS, a The Hague, Netherlands-based industrial AI-powered startup, has closed a €2.65 million seed round.

The round was led by the Helsinki-based VC firm Kvanted, with participation from Faber and EIT Manufacturing.

Kvanted is an early-stage investor focusing on industrial technology. Founded in 2023, the firm concentrates on companies developing new software, hardware, and service solutions for the industrial sector to build a more sustainable future.

The funding will accelerate RESONIKS' growth and enhance its product offering. It will also facilitate team expansion. Additionally, the startup plans to launch its second product series in May 2024, adding a fully integrated In-Line system to its product portfolio.

Founded in 2022 by Felix Wassmann, Fabian Oberndorfer, and Isaac Kargar, RESONIKS redefines quality control processes using acoustics and artificial intelligence. Their solution detects anomalies in metal components by resonating objects and analyzing their acoustic response. Focused on automotive and maritime industries, RESONIKS has deployed its solution across multiple factories in Europe, with a particular emphasis on Germany.
