RevEng.AI Raises $15 Million Series A

RevEng.AI, a London, UK-based cybersecurity company focused on binary-native software verification, has raised $15 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by the NATO Innovation Fund, with participation from Sands Capital, In-Q-Tel (IQT), IQ Capital, and Episode One.

The company will use the funding to expand its AI-powered binary analysis platform and strengthen software supply chain integrity by detecting hidden threats, malicious functionality, and vulnerabilities in compiled software.

Led by CEO James Patrick-Evans, RevEng.AI is building a binary-native verification layer for software supply chain integrity. Founded in 2023, the company helps enterprises and defense organizations analyze compiled software, including closed-source and third-party artifacts — to understand what is actually inside the software they ship, buy, and run. By automating reverse engineering, binary analysis, and integrity verification, RevEng.AI enables customers to detect hidden threats, reduce software supply chain risk, and make more informed trust decisions before deployment.
