Roopya Raises Rs 4 Cr Seed Round
Roopya, a Gurugram, India-based fintech SaaS startup, has raised Rs 4 crore in a Seed funding round.
The round was led by Inflection Point Ventures, an angel investing platform comprising over 24,000 CXOs, HNIs, and professionals who collectively invest in startups. The firm has also launched a $50 million CAT 2 VC fund, Physis Capital, to invest in pre-Series A to Series B growth-stage startups. Inflection Point Ventures has invested over ₹800 crore across more than 220 startups.
The company will use the funds to enhance its technology stack, onboard additional financial institutions, and scale embedded finance offerings for underserved borrowers.
Founded by Sudipta Kumar Ghosh and Raman Vig, Roopya provides a no-code, AI-powered SaaS infrastructure platform. The company enables financial institutions, including NBFCs, banks, and fintechs, to launch, automate, and manage digital lending products. Its fully automated Loan Origination System manages the entire credit lifecycle, including e-KYC, underwriting, disbursement, and collections, while maintaining regulatory compliance. Headquartered in Gurugram, India, Roopya works with over 20 lenders.
