Rovia Raises $1M Pre-seed

Rovia, a Bengaluru, India-based global wealth platform that helps equity-rich professionals manage, transfer, and grow their wealth across borders, has raised $1M in a pre-seed funding round.

This round was led by Antler India, an early-stage venture capital firm. Additional participating investors included CDM Capital, AC Ventures, Operators Studio, and various angel investors across the U.S. and India.

Rovia plans to use the new capital to expand its engineering and product teams. The company will also focus on deepening its brokerage and financial infrastructure integrations while accelerating its regulatory and compliance capabilities as it scales its operations.

Founded in 2025 by Shivang Badaya and Arnav Grover, Rovia is building a comprehensive wealth operating system for global professionals. The company provides a unified financial infrastructure designed to assist international employees, particularly those at U.S.-listed technology companies, in overcoming the friction and complexities associated with equity compensation. The platform allows users to manage and diversify equity compensation, such as RSUs, by reducing the high costs and complexities associated with cross-border transactions and tax jurisdictions.
