Rupyz Raises $1.2 Million in Seed Round

Rupyz, a Gurgaon, India-based SaaS platform facilitating B2B commerce and omnichannel distribution for FMCG and consumer brands, raised $1.2 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Merak Ventures and joined by angel investors.

Founded in 2022, Merak Ventures is an early-stage VC firm that focuses on B2B and emerging technologies companies operating in climate tech, insurtech, SaaS, life sciences, and creator economy sectors.

Founded by Dhaval Radia, Gourav Gupta, Akshay Gupta, and Palash Lunia, Rupyz is an omnichannel distribution for FMCG and consumer brands.
