SageOx Raises $15M Seed
SageOx, a Seattle-based startup, is building shared context infrastructure for AI-native teams. The company today announced it has raised a $15 million seed round.
The seed round was led by Canaan Partners. Participating investors included A.Capital, Pioneer Square Labs, and Founders' Co-op.
SageOx plans to use the new funding to continue developing its product and make a small number of key hires. The company intends to remain intentionally lean and rely heavily on agentic teammates.
Founded in 2026 by Anjit Banerjee (CEO), Ryan Snodgrass (CTO), and Milana Brace (CPO), SageOx is the context infrastructure powering human-agent collaboration. By capturing decisions, intent, and knowledge as work happens, SageOx continuously feeds that context to both humans and AI agents so they can act with the same understanding.
