Sazabi Raises $8M Seed
Sazabi, a San Francisco, CA-based AI-native observability platform designed to help engineering teams detect, investigate, and resolve production issues, has raised $8 million in seed funding.
The funding round was led by J2 Ventures, Village Global, and Y Combinator, with participation from Orange Collective and over 60 angel investors from organizations including Vercel, Cursor, LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub, and Replit.
Sazabi plans to use the capital to expand its engineering team, accelerate product development, and deepen its integrations across modern cloud and developer platforms.
Founded in 2025 by Sherwood Callaway, Sazabi provides an AI-native observability platform that utilizes chat interfaces, autonomous agents, and a logs-first architecture. The company aims to move beyond traditional manual telemetry stacks by automating incident response for modern engineering teams.
