Scapia Raises $63M Series C
Scapia, a Bengaluru-based fintech startup that integrates travel booking, co-branded credit cards, and mobile payments, has raised $63 million in a new funding round.
This latest injection of capital brings the company's total funding to $126 million and values the four-year-old business at over $500 million, more than doubling its previous valuation from April 2025.
The round was led by General Catalyst, a prominent venture firm, with participation from existing investors Peak XV Partners and Z47.
Scapia plans to utilize the fresh capital to expand its product offerings and hire additional engineering and product talent, with a specific focus on artificial intelligence.
Founded in 2022 by former Flipkart executive Anil Goteti, Scapia is a travel-focused fintech company that provides an integrated platform for payments, travel rewards, and commerce. The service features a dual-network co-branded credit card that connects with India's UPI payments system, offering users a unified credit and reward experience aimed at the modern traveler.
