SE3 Labs Raises €5.5M in Funding
SE3 Labs, a Munich-based startup that develops spatial AI tools for autonomous systems, has emerged from stealth with €5.5 million in funding. The company provides a spatial AI platform designed to help autonomous devices better understand and navigate complex environments for defense, public safety, and industrial applications.
The round was led by Lakestar, with participation from Seedcamp, EWOR, the Sequoia Scout Fund, Plug and Play, and TwinTrack.
The company plans to use the new capital to continue the development of its proprietary spatial AI platform and to support the scaling of its technology for defense and industrial clients.
Founded in 2026, SE3 Labs was established by CEO Lukas Kostler, Chief Science Officer Daniel Cremers, and CTO Simon Klenk. SE3 Labs is developing spatial AI technology that enables autonomous drones, unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), and robotic swarms to better understand and navigate real-world environments. Its platform combines proprietary hardware with AI and natural language interfaces to improve decision-making for defense, public safety, and industrial applications.
