Second Front Systems, a Wilmington, DE-based public-benefit software company, has raised $40 million in Series B funding.

The round was led by NEA, with participation from existing investors Moore Strategic Ventures and AE Industrial Partners HorizonX.

Founded in 1977, New Enterprise Associates is a venture capital investment firm based in Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland. The firm prefers to invest in companies operating in the enterprise, consumer, life sciences, and digital health sectors.
