SeenCulture Raises $1M in Pre-Seed Round

SeenCulture, a Melbourne, Australia-based employee retention startup that provides a workplace talent management platform, has raised $1 million in pre-seed funding.

The round was led by LaunchVic's Alice Anderson Fund, with participation from M8 Ventures, InterValley Ventures, and Torus.

The Alice Anderson Fund is an early-stage venture capital fund based in Melbourne, Australia. It invests USD 0.05 million to USD 0.3 million in 40 to 60 startups, preferring minority stakes and investing in MWBE (minority and women-owned) businesses.

The company will use the funds to expand its product development team.

Founded by Nikki Tugano in 2023, SeenCulture provides a workplace talent management platform designed to help organizations make smarter, fairer, and faster decisions about employee-related matters such as promotions, performance and pay reviews, and team design. The platform leverages data science and behavioral science to identify and highlight overlooked and underestimated talent.
