ShopVision, a Vancouver, British Columbia-based AI startup, has secured $4.1 million in Seed funding.
The round was led by Brightspark Ventures, with participation from BDC Capital, Rhino Ventures, and strategic leaders from category-defining brands.
Brightspark Ventures is a Canadian venture capital firm that specializes in early-stage investments, primarily in Seed and Series A rounds. Founded in 1999, it is headquartered in Montreal with a presence in Toronto. The firm manages over $500 million in assets across its funds and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
The company will use the funding to accelerate product development, expand AI-driven workflow automation, and strengthen market adoption across ecommerce teams.
