Signit Raises $15M Series A

Signit, a Saudi-based AI-powered technology firm, has raised $15 million in a Series A funding round. The company specializes in a digital agreement platform that enables organizations to create, sign, and manage contracts from end to end.

The Series A funding round was led by Raed Ventures. Additional participating investors include STV, Seedra Ventures, Takamol Ventures, and Suhail Ventures.

Signit plans to deploy the new capital to expand its contract management platform by adding AI-powered drafting, negotiation, and compliance capabilities. The company will also build an intelligent contract assistant designed to centralize contract information for employees. This investment will enable Signit to develop a comprehensive platform for contract creation, negotiation, approval, signing, and management, ensuring compliance with business processes.

Founded in 2021 by Mohamed El-Abbouri, Signit offers a digital agreement platform that streamlines the entire contract lifecycle. Its product provides secure electronic signatures and comprehensive AI-powered contract lifecycle management. The firm currently serves over 700 customers across government, financial services, healthcare, and enterprise sectors in Saudi Arabia.
