Simple AI Lands $14 Million in Seed Round

Simple AI, a San Francisco, CA–based voice AI agent startup, has raised $14 million in a Seed funding round.

The round was led by First Harmonic, with participation from Y Combinator, Massive Tech Ventures, and True Ventures.

First Harmonic is an early-stage venture capital firm that primarily invests at the pre-Seed and Seed stages, backing highly technical founders building infrastructure software, developer tools, AI/ML, security, and other deep-tech products.

The company will use the funds to invest in its voice agent platform, develop custom generative AI models, and expand analytics and customer insight capabilities for businesses.

Founded by Catheryn Li and Zach Kamran, Simple AI develops voice AI agents that automate inbound sales and support calls using a proprietary, low-latency voice stack. The platform ingests full product catalogs, including SKUs, pricing, and metadata, and leverages real-time customer data to personalize conversations, place orders, and generate transcripts and actionable insights. Simple AI’s voice agent platform enables consumer brands to deliver personalized calling experiences to every customer, starting with sales and expanding across the entire customer experience.
