Solid, a New York–based enterprise software company that automates the creation and maintenance of context graphs, has raised $20 million in Seed funding.

The round included backing from Team8 and SignalFire.

The company will use the funding to accelerate product development, expand the team, and support enterprise adoption of its AI-ready context graph platform.

Founded by Yoni Leitersdorf and Tal Segalov, Solid automatically discovers, documents, and builds business-aware semantic models from a company’s existing data, queries, and tools. The platform automates the creation and maintenance of context graphs, providing a single source of truth for business semantics. Headquartered in New York, Solid works with modern data platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.
