Sonata Raises $7M Seed
Sonata, a New York City-based developer of an AI-driven preventive healthcare membership platform, has emerged from stealth mode after securing $7 million in seed funding. The company, which provides a doctor-led longevity healthcare membership, announced this initial capital injection as it begins its operations in major United States markets.
This funding round was led by Lux Capital, BoxGroup, and Sunflower Capital, with strategic participation from operators and founders at Ramp and Linear.
The company intends to use the capital to fund the expansion of its proprietary clinical AI platform, scale its physician-led digital care networks, and accelerate consumer membership onboarding campaigns across its initial launch hubs of New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
Founded in 2026 and led by CEO Sagan Schultz, Sonata provides a doctor-led longevity healthcare membership platform. The service integrates clinical-grade whole-genome sequencing, DNA methylation analysis, over 140 blood biomarkers, and real-time wearable device telemetry into a single longitudinal wellness record for members.
