Soxton Secures $2.5 Million in Funding

Soxton, a New York–based AI-native law firm and legal solutions provider, has emerged from stealth with a $2.5 million pre-Seed round.

The funding round was led by Moxxie Ventures, with participation from Strobe, Coalition, Caterina Fake, and Flex.

Moxxie Ventures is a pre-seed and seed venture capital firm backing founders who are building products designed to make life and work better. The firm invests with conviction at the earliest stages, bringing engineering and operational expertise—as well as founder-level hustle—to the teams it supports.

The company will use the capital to expand its AI platform, grow its contract library and contract dashboard, and scale its offering to thousands of founders across the U.S.

Founded by Logan Brown, Soxton is a full-stack, AI-powered legal solution built for founders at their earliest stages. Its platform offers a plain-English AI legal copilot, automated workflows, a library of 50+ startup-ready contracts, more than 400 clauses, and tools that simplify drafting, editing, reviewing, and understanding legal documents. Even before its public debut, Soxton supported more than 270 businesses across incorporation, equity, fundraising, compliance, and more.
