Spectro Cloud Raises $100M Series D

Spectro Cloud, a San Jose-based provider of AI infrastructure management software, has raised $100 million in a Series D funding round, bringing its total funding to $260 million. The company focuses on helping organizations move AI infrastructure into production by providing tools for governance, cost control, and scaling across enterprise, public sector, and cloud environments.

The funding round was led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, with strategic participation from AMD Ventures, Ericsson, LG Technology Ventures, and Maximus.

The company plans to use the new capital to expand its PaletteAI product capabilities, particularly regarding infrastructure utilization and token cost control. Additionally, the funds will support a global go-to-market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific regions, and deepen partnerships across the AI infrastructure ecosystem.
